Retreat Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Movement Into Bliss Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure a respectful, supportive, and transformative experience for all participants. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Reservation of Rights

• Right to Deny Admission: We reserve the right to deny access to the retreat or to reject any application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a participant may not be an appropriate fit for the retreat experience. Reasons for denial include but are not limited to concerns about the participant's physical or emotional readiness, failure to comply with the retreat’s guidelines, or potential disruptions to the experience of others.
• Non-Transferable Registration: Retreat registrations are strictly non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to another person.

2. Deposit-Free Registration

• No Deposit Required: To secure your spot, a deposit is not required. Select the payment plan that best suits you, either through a full payment or an installment plan.

3. Payment Terms and Installment Schedule

• Total Retreat Cost: The total cost of the retreat is $4,500.
• Installment Plan: For those opting for the installment plan, payments are due as follows:
  • Upon Booking: $1,500
  • December 15, 2024: $1,500
  • January 15, 2025: $1,500
• Late Payments: A late fee of $50 will be applied to any payments not received within seven (7) days of the due date.

4. No Refund or Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made are non-refundable. Given the nature of the retreat and the upfront expenses incurred, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

5. Travel Insurance Requirement

• Travel Insurance Recommendation: We require all participants to secure travel insurance. This will help cover any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, or personal emergencies. The purchase of travel insurance is at the participant's discretion, but it is highly recommended.

6. Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical and Emotional Preparedness: The retreat may include physically demanding activities (e.g., hiking, dancing, etc.), and each participant is expected to be responsible for their physical well-being. By registering, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally capable of participating fully in the retreat experience.
• Medical Disclosure: We may request information regarding any medical conditions relevant to the retreat activities to ensure proper support and safety during the experience. Disclosure of such information is mandatory and will be kept confidential.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respect for Others: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, supportively, and with kindness towards others. Any behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.
• Substance Policy: The retreat is designed as a substance-free experience. Participants should refrain from alcohol or any prohibited substances, except as outlined in the retreat program (e.g., optional participation in certain guided medicinal experiences). Violation of this policy may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

8. Assumption of Risk

• Acknowledgment of Risk: By participating in this retreat, you acknowledge that certain risks are inherent to physical activities and travel. You agree to release and hold harmless the organizers from any liability arising from personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat.
• Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own belongings and assume the risk of any personal items lost, damaged, or stolen during the retreat.

9. Media and Photography

• Consent to Photography: By attending the retreat, you consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any media, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
